2025_MandateForLeadership_CHAPTER-18

People Are Asking Who is  J. Berry, what is Chapter 18 of Project 2025, and what are the goals for this particular chapter?

“DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND RELATED AGENCIES”

Equal Employment Opportunity

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws prohibit specific types of job discrimination in certain workplaces. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has two agencies that deal with EEO monitoring and enforcement. The Civil Rights Center and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs; Chapter 18 is a part of the overall plan known as Project 2025. Project 2025 is drawn up by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. A Conservative plan that intends to place America back to the so-called “good old days”.

The Chief Author for Chapter 18 of Project 2025 is J. Berry. In essence, Chapter 18 is to dissolve the EEOC (The same agency that gave Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas his big break in life). Folks should take a closer look into Jim Crow Laws; “Separate But Equal”, etc. and see if dissolving the EEOC would impact the following groups such as Black People, Latin Speaking People (From North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean), Native Americans, and all others. This should be clear, the so-called “good old days” which include “conservative values” should be looked into carefully since the “good old days” were, in fact, not good for every American. While it was good for the “Beaver” family, “Ozzie and Harriet” etc. meanwhile black people were sticking their heads in barrels just to laugh, while they were on the street. Getting hosed down with water cannons and German shepherd dogs only because they were demonstrating their human right to enjoy just a fraction of “Özzie and Harriet”‘s life. Please see the attached PDF file referring to Chapter 18 by J. Berry.
